Like I said your first two classes are free!

 

Before you start though there is somethings that you will need.

• In door running shoes.

• A Mouth Guard preformed before your first class (I will have some available for purchase for $2.00 but they will not be formed or cut to size).

• Gym clothes (sweats and top are best but shorts and Tee will also work).

• Water Bottle (filled)

• Towel.

When you commit to the classes you will need the following.

• Proper light or medium weight uniform.

• Jock

• Sparing gear (Measured and Fitted).

Optional Gear.

• Face Protector

• Chest Guard

• Elbow Pads

• Knee Pads

• Thigh Pads

• MMA Gloves

• Sai

• Staff

If you decide to commit after your 2 free classes a monthly fee then begins to apply.

$35.00 per month taxes not included.

$30.00 per month per person family rate taxes not included.
